See it first
What happens before anything runs
Sign-up to first confirmed run, step by step
There is no demo account and no sales call. The only way to see OrchestrAI on your infrastructure is to connect it, so this page shows exactly what that involves and where the line is between looking and changing. The short version: it reads everything you let it read, and it changes nothing until you confirm a specific plan.
The six steps
-
Create an account
Sign up at app.orchestrai.io. No form to fill in beyond the login itself.
-
Choose a plan and buy credits
Pay As You Go starts at a $5 minimum credit purchase; Pro, Business, and Enterprise include monthly credits. Unused credits are refundable in your first 14 days, so the cost of finding out it is not for you is the credits you used. What a credit buys is spelled out on the pricing page.
-
Name your workspace
The name becomes your address under app.orchestrai.io. Teammates join here later.
-
Connect a cloud account
AWS: create an IAM role with the permissions you choose and an external ID, and paste the role ARN and a default region. GCP: a workload identity pool and a service account. Azure: an app registered in Entra ID with a federated credential trusting OrchestrAI. No service-account key or client secret is uploaded. Grant read-only permissions first if you want to look before you let it act; OrchestrAI only ever works inside the access you grant.
-
See inventory, drift, and cost
Mission Control scans the account and shows what exists, what has drifted from desired state, and what it costs per month. This step changes nothing. Resources OrchestrAI did not create show as unmanaged until you bring them under the ledger.
-
Approve your first run
Ask for something in plain language. OrchestrAI plans it against the ledger, shows the cost estimate and blast radius, and waits. Confirm and it runs inside the spend cap you set; destructive operations also need a typed risk phrase. The run log and every artifact stay available for replay.
What it will not do
- Change anything in your account without a confirmed plan.
- Exceed the per-project spend cap you set.
- Hold long-lived cloud keys. Every run mints a short-lived token through OIDC federation and discards it when the run ends.
- Hold your infrastructure hostage. It lives in your account; disconnect and everything stays.
Full detail on credentials, data handling, and compliance status is on the security page.
